When I decided that I wanted my career to be centered in the user and specialize and study Interaction Design, I couldn’t imagine the depth of the field I was diving into. User experience was the peak of the iceberg but as soon as I looked around I saw that the knowledge I gained could also be applied to gaming, to customer experience, to improve services and processes. A whole new world of possibilities, a whole new way of interacting in the digital world.
Over the last seven years I’ve had the inmense honor to be mentored and work in several projects with the best partner one could ever dream of. Those projects included the creation of microinteractions for an interface of a billion dollar international brand such as LMVH, an app designed from scratch (researching, prototyping, naming and testing) for Singerhood, a Government project to improve the usability of a data collecting portal and beautiful projects for some small companies which gave me perspective to understand better the whole spectrum of interactions.
