I’ve got over 10 years of experience in administrative management, operational support, and customer service. My years in Restaurante Cascanueces and the Ad Ahoc group taught me how to deal with multitasking and a high level of stress in a one person office, while also offering a good service to the customer. I was able to let my creativity grow because I also took care of their social media and ads. And the food was so tasty and beautiful that making posts about it felt almost like a hobby.
Thanks to the wonderful time I spent working for Aena I’ve become an expert in airport documentation tramitationand file preparation for public institutions, and a hard process analyser which lead the department I worked in to reduce the mistakes and the time that took publishing contracts sicnificantly. Also I’m proficient in handbook writing and I´ve delivered the training of the new public procedures to my colleages in multiple occasions. I’m proud to say that my time in Aena made me become a better version of myself.
I count with advanced knowledge of office tools and management software, and I´m a quick learner whenever I find a program or a situation Im not familliar with. Also I am passionate about continuous improvement and committed to operational efficiency and service quality.
