We prepared an heuristic evaluation about the current system, recorded the data collecting process, prepared a research about it and offered insightful recommendations to improve the usability of the system.
Outcome
User´s average collection time improved by 20%. Almost complete journey retention and target recalling in 4 hours. User satisfactoiop
